Dermatological Hand & Nail Repair Cream Farmona Nivelazione Dermatological Revitalizing Hands And Nails Cream

My husband (35 + 42 years old) and I have been using this cream together as a night cream. Besides this cream, we don't use anything else during the day. We wash our hands very frequently (dishes and washing after the dog). Usually, his hands are covered in small prickles the whole year, and I start experiencing problems (excessive dryness leading to flaking, and rough skin that feels like bristles) and cracks from October onwards. With this cream, our hands are back to normal. I apply it right before bed and wait for about 5 minutes for it to absorb. Our palms do sweat a bit, but considering the price and its capabilities, it doesn't bother me, especially since I only apply it before bed. In the morning, I hardly wash off any film, sometimes just a little when I apply too much out of fear of extreme cold. It almost has no scent, which is a perfect 10/10 for me because I couldn't fall asleep with the previous cream until it evaporated from my skin. The tube closes tightly, and the plastic is soft. I haven't tested it in the summer, as we started using it towards the end of autumn.

Total disappointment. This cream does absolutely nothing. It does not meet the claims of being a dermatological cream with intensive care. It provides VERY light moisturization. And nothing more. Definitely not suitable for problematic hands. Definitely not for winter. It has a lightweight texture and absorbs quickly. The effect is zero.

I really liked this cream. It has a dense texture, so you only need a small amount, and it will last a long time. It moisturizes well, with a light and not overpowering scent. It is suitable for use with a computer (it doesn't leak when in contact with a mouse). The only drawback is that the cream lid is a bit difficult to open, but maybe I just got a faulty one (another hand cream from the same brand opens normally). I will definitely repurchase it.
