The "Fennel" essential oil by the Ukrainian company "Kvita" is extracted through steam distillation of stems, seeds, or leaves. It fortifies the body overall, enhancing its resistance to external factors and environmental influences. It can be used on its own or in combination with other essential oils.
Fennel essential oil is used for effectively purifying the skin, improving its turgor, and increasing firmness and elasticity. It treats acne outbreaks and tightens facial contours. It fights cellulite effectively. It eliminates gum bleeding and inflammation, treats gastrointestinal tract diseases. The scent of the essential oil improves the psycho-emotional state, aiding in depression.
How to use: Fennel essential oil can be used in its pure form or blended with other essential oils (anise, lemon balm, clove, lavender, cardamom, ginger).
Enriching cosmetic products: Add 7-9 drops of the oil (or oil blend) to 15g of base (1-2 tablespoons).
For acne: Mix 50ml of ethyl alcohol, 10 drops of tea tree, 10 drops of lavender, and 5 drops of fennel.
Massage: Mix 7 drops of the oil (or oil blend) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed). Increases the firmness of the abdomen, thighs, and breasts.
Baths: Mix 4-6 drops of the oil with 30-60g of an emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub.
For cellulite: Mix 100ml of jojoba oil and 10 drops each of juniper, fennel, geranium, lemon, and 5 drops of cypress. Use the massage oil on the targeted areas with a mitt.
Inhalations and room aromatization:
Aroma diffusers: Add 2-4 drops of the oil per 15 sq meters of space to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle;
Aroma medallions: 2-3 drops.
Sensations: When applied to the skin - noticeable tingling, burning, light reddening within 2-3 minutes. This reaction is natural.
Contraindications: Individual intolerance.
