Nature always has the power to swiftly heal emotional wounds, offer much-needed tranquility, and bring individuals into harmony with themselves. This explains the limitless strength of essential oils, which are intended to care for our spiritual and physical well-being. Among aromatherapy enthusiasts, the "Basil" oil from the popular domestic brand "Kvita" enjoys particular popularity.
It features a unique, fresh herbal scent that is both spicy and invigorating. The essence provides excellent care for oily and combination skin types by tightening pores, regulating gland secretion, and keeping the skin matte for extended periods. Additionally, it helps to organize your thoughts, aids relaxation, relieves stress and fatigue, and sets a positive mood. It's important to remember that basil is a natural aphrodisiac, also used to enhance the quality of one's intimate life.
Massage: Mix 3-7 drops of the oil (or oil blend) with 1-2 tablespoons of a carrier oil (such as jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed oil, etc.).
Baths: Mix 4-7 drops of the oil with 30-60 g of an emulsifier (such as salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bath. Detoxifying bath: 3 drops of bergamot, 3 drops of juniper, 3 drops of geranium, 1 drop of sandalwood.
Gargling (oral care), sore throat: Add 6 drops of the oil to 200 ml of water. Gargle twice a day.
Inhalations and room aromatization:
- Aroma burner: Add 5-7 drops of the oil per 15 square meters of room space to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle;
- Aroma pendants: 2-3 drops.-
Enhancing cosmetic products (creams, tonics, shampoos, conditioners): Add 5 drops of oil (or oil blend) to 15 grams of base (1-2 tablespoons).

Basil essential oil
Sweet herbal basil, with a scent that partly resembles tarragon, but sharper and more pronounced. I liked it, although the overall smell is quite strong and intense. Just three drops were enough to fill the entire room with its fragrance.
