My review is below. I am writing it because it needs to be corrected. I use the brush every day. And it is quite good in practice! It picks up powder nicely and blends it on the face. I have several powders and there is one that tends to be dusty. But with this brush, there is less dust, as the brush absorbs it all. In short, I use it with pleasure.
I absolutely adore RT brushes. However, the neon series was disappointing, but I decided to take a risk and try it out. And let me tell you, the brush is extremely poor quality. I mean, really terrible! The bristles are stiff and prickly. The packaging was not damaged, but the bristles of the brush were crooked. Washing it didn't help at all. I own brushes from Malva, Makeup, and Topface, and they are all great unlike this awful one.
Terrible brush. I have quite a collection of brushes, but this one managed to surprise me...
It is simply awful, the bristles are stiff and prickly.
Literally, it scratches the face. I don't see any way to use it. Threw it away the same day.
