I washed with cold water, but my legs still felt tingly. They remained warm and tingly for another 30-40 minutes. After the very first session, I noticed a difference. Vitex and Typhoon are a hundred times better. Try the pepper scrub massage from Mayur, and this one will seem like child's play to you.
