Wondering why the winged eyeliner look never goes out of style? It's probably because it lends a special, truly magical allure to a woman's appearance. Winged eyeliner can be bold or fine, fully encircling the eye or subtly highlighting specific sections. Whatever technique you choose, the Fashion Look Eyeliner by the renowned Spanish cosmetic brand Ninelle will help bring your vision to life.
The convenient felt-tip applicator allows for precise lines in a single stroke, while its perfected long-lasting formula prevents smudging and smearing. The carbon-black shade is always on-trend, enabling you to craft makeup looks for any occasion. Ninelle Fashion Look Eyeliner — your fashion-forward gaze!
I couldn't use it at all. The brush feels like a stick, straight and stiff. The pigment is black and matte. In theory, you could attach a brush from another eyeliner and use it to draw.
I didn't buy it here, BUT the eyeliner is terrible. You can't even wear it for a couple of hours. From the very first application, it horribly smudges on the eyelid. This is the first time I've come across something like this.
The worst eyeliner I've ever tried in my entire life! It's strange that such a decent brand like this would produce such a terrible product.
The product quickly cracks in the corners of the eyes, and the brush is not convenient to use.
The eyeliner dries very quickly, so you don't have enough time to fix your lines properly if something is uneven. It's not possible to apply it just once because the middle part of the line, where the brush touches, becomes empty, so you have to fill it in. The eyeliner doesn't smudge, but it comes off in flakes and chunks. So, if it has already dried and you need to touch up, in 99% of cases that part will come off in a chunk and you'll have to redraw it. The brush is stiff, probably made of plastic. The only positive aspect is that it has a matte finish. I have never had a worse eyeliner.
