I have been using this product for two years now and it has been excellent.

This is not a balm, it's NOTHING, especially if you have curly, porous, or dyed hair. It should soften the hair, not make it tangle and knot, whether it's dry or wet.

The sample was much better, and the hair looked healthier.

This series disappointed me so much that I'll have to treat my hair for half a year.
