3. Apply the No Sticky top coat without a sticky layer, cure for 2 minutes in a UV lamp or 30 seconds in LED.
4. Apply a thin layer of the chosen color from the Hollywood collection, allow to air dry for 3-5 minutes.
5. Cover with No Sticky, cure for 2 minutes in a UV lamp or 30 seconds in an LED lamp.
