How to use:
- In an aroma lamp – 2-5 drops per 15 m².
- In a bath – 6-10 drops of emulsified essential oil (pre-mixed with a small amount of honey, sea salt, milk, or cream solution). The bath has a toning effect on the nervous system.
- For massage - 5-10 drops per 20 ml of fatty base. Massage is particularly recommended for meteorism in children, abdominal spasms, and respiratory diseases.
- To enrich creams and lotions – 5-7 drops per 10 ml base. Cosmetics enriched with fennel essential oil and vegetable fatty oils are used as a moisturizing agent for the face and body, as well as a means to improve muscle trophicity.
I initially bought conifers from this company - thuja and cypress. They all smelled the same - like turpentine. I know that turpentine is of coniferous origin, but the smell of thuja is also familiar to me... it smells better than solvent.
I guess it's okay. Maybe conifers are not for me.
I bought savory - it has the same smell as turpentine.
The impression was that they pour the same liquid into all the jars, just different labels.
This oil is great, it has a pleasant scent.
