I have untreated, straight, smooth hair of normal type. This shampoo is decent. It cleanses excellently, even in just one use. Compared to other shampoos from this brand, my hair falls out much less, whereas with Korean shampoos, my hair falls out in clumps. My scalp doesn't itch and overall it's very comfortable. However, I deducted a star because it lacks shine... it's completely absent. It even seems to make my hair duller after using this shampoo. But I liked that it provides a good volume.
I didn't buy it here, but the shampoo is good and the ingredients are as well. My hair is soft and straight, not dyed, and I really like it.
The shampoo did not work for my brunette natural hair. It leaves my hair feeling poorly washed and dull, lacking shine.
And the smell. Well, it's a matter of personal preference, some people might even like this scent, but it made me feel nauseous, as it was overly sweet and heavy.
Usually, when shampoos don't work for me, I use them as liquid soap, but in this case, I won't be able to because of the smell.
