Aromatherapy Lamp: Add 2-5 drops of the blend to water, then light the aromatherapy lamp. Massage: Mix 5-7 drops of the blend with 20-30 ml of a carrier oil. Direct Inhalation: Apply a few drops to your palms, rub them together, and inhale the aroma directly from your hands 3-5 times, avoiding contact with mucous membranes and eyes. Bath: Before adding to the bath, mix the essential oil blend with a dispersant (such as salt or a carrier oil) for even distribution in water, using a dosage of 5-10 drops per 100 grams of salt or 10-20 ml of carrier oil. Sauna: Add 50-100 ml of water to a container and mix in 8-12 drops of oil for every 15 m² of space, then sprinkle the solution on benches, walls, and stones. Aromatherapy Pendant: Use 2-5 drops.
