I am giving this review solely based on the service. The soap itself, "Friend", is wonderful - it has no strong scent, doesn't dissolve in the soap dish, and performs its task perfectly. However, it is not available and instead, they send the soap "Friends", which severely lacks in quality. Even after returning the product and being assured that the information on the website will be corrected, it still states that "Friend" is in stock. I hope my review is considered, and the unnecessary actions from both sides are reduced in quantity.

This is such a great find for our family! We have been using it for several years now. It removes stains very well, even those from our children's clothes since birth. It gets everything clean, even old stains. To use, simply wet the stain, rub it well, leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and then turn on the washing machine. No need to wash by hand.
