Mix 1 teaspoon of powder with warm water to form a paste. Apply the mixture to the desired area of skin that needs treatment, such as the face, neck, décolleté area, hands, scalp, hair, etc. Leave it on as a mask for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. If needed, tone the skin and apply a nourishing cream.
To prepare a decoction: Add 1 tablespoon of powder to 500 ml of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Let it steep for 3-5 hours. Strain it.

I took 2 teaspoons and diluted it with pure water, Aquulia. For one time, you need to take 1 teaspoon because I have some left in the refrigerator for tomorrow.
This is a great product for dry, sensitive, and irritated skin. The only thing I didn't like is the specific smell and the fact that it stains even after rinsing on cracked wounds. I kept it on for 5 minutes because it started to sting and dry out my face thereafter.
