Nagarmotha is actively used in cosmetology as a powerful antiseptic component, and thanks to its unique fragrance, it has also become a popular note in niche perfumery. But it's particularly beneficial for scalp health, making it an active ingredient in many care and therapeutic products for combating dandruff, hair loss issues, and excessive oiliness of the skin. Therefore, the experts at Triuga have created a universal Ayurvedic powder based on Nagarmotha.
Features of the Ayurvedic "Nagarmotha" powder from the Triuga brand:
- A natural product;
- Possesses bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties;
- Reduces the activity of sebaceous glands;
- Lightens pigmentation spots;
- Strengthens hair follicles;
- An effective remedy for treating dandruff and various scalp conditions;
- Eliminates uncomfortable sensations of itching, burning, and tightness;
- Stimulates the synthesis of melanin in hair bulbs and slows down the appearance of gray hair.-
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of the powder in warm water until it forms a paste. Apply the mixture to the desired area of skin that needs treatment, such as the face, neck, décolleté, hands, scalp, hair, etc. Leave it on as a mask for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. If necessary, wipe the skin with toner and apply a nourishing cream.
For preparing a decoction: Add 1 tablespoon of the powder to 500 ml of water, bring to a boil, simmer for 2-3 minutes, and let it steep for 3-5 hours. Strain the mixture.
For preparing an infusion: Add 1 tablespoon of the powder to 500 ml of warm water and leave it overnight. Strain the mixture. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days. Use it for washing your face, cleansing the skin, or rinsing hair after washing. If necessary, use it as a compress on affected skin areas.
It can be used in combination with other Ayurvedic powders for enhanced effects.
The scent of black pepper is overpowering. After applying the mask to the scalp, it actually increased dandruff and caused severe itching. Additionally, my hair became stiff.
The scent is truly pleasant, I enjoy pairing it with gedygium as it has a not-so-great aroma. Very effective for hair, it makes them more manageable and smooth.
"Excellent powder for making masks, I liked the effect."
