Start by applying a base coat to the prepared nail surface. Cure it under a lamp. Then, apply the colored polish in the required number of layers (preferably in lighter shades). Cure each layer under the lamp. Next, apply a thin layer of top coat with a sticky layer over the color, cure it, but do not remove the sticky layer. Cut out the desired design from the set. Try to leave as much transparent film around the perimeter as possible (do not cut flush against the design); this increases the surface area that will adhere to the nail. Dip the cut-out design in warm water for 5-10 seconds until the film becomes movable. Dab away any excess moisture with a tissue to ensure the film is dry. Carefully slide the design off its paper backing and place it onto the sticky layer of the top coat, positioning it as desired. Smooth out any wrinkles with a tissue and press gently. If there are any excess film edges, you can trim them with scissors, and remove any excess at the free edge with a nail file. Using a fine brush, apply top coat around the design to create a seal. Cure. If you are using a 3D stone (with a foil oval), create a volumetric drop on the foil part using top coat, base coat, or structural gel (whichever is thicker), and cure for a bit longer than usual. Finally, apply a thin final layer of top coat over the entire nail and cure again. If the top coat has a sticky layer, remove it using a cleanser.
