The worst hair balm I've ever had. It does absolutely nothing for my hair and the smell is very peculiar.

The conditioner is nothing special. It doesn't even detangle my well-maintained blonde hair. The scent is nice, like expensive cosmetics, similar to a good cream. But that's about it. There are better options available for the same price or even cheaper. I've tried several conditioners from this brand, and none of them were suitable.

There's something off about it, like there's some kind of effect, but it's so subtle.
I have to apply twice as much of the same hair oil and leave-in cream for it to work.
Before this, I used conditioners that already nourished my hair on their own and required minimal use of care products. But with this conditioner, the oil works great and so does the rest of the hair care routine. It's a strange product.
