Facial Booster Serum - Jole Vitamin C 15% Super Booster
A great find for oily skin - this serum is very lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue. The key is to always be mindful not to overapply the product, and this applies not only to this serum but to all skincare products in general! This serum, along with the prebiotic serum from "Jole," helped me during a period when I wasn't using active serums to treat closed comedones. Thanks to them, the closed comedones not only didn't spread, but they also started to dissolve without inflammation! Jole has awesome serums, and not just this one!
This product worked great for sensitive skin.
Great booster. It's cool that they replaced the pipette with a pump, it has become much more convenient to use. Thank you for listening to customers.
I didn't really like this serum, even though the ingredients are great. If you have an allergy to vitamin C, it will cause a reaction on your skin. Keep this in mind, as the concentration of it here is not small. I also didn't like the smell, although that is subjective. I didn't notice it lightening any pigmentation spots either. And it dries out my skin. I have tried many serums at Jole and this one is just okay. But you have to try everything to find what works for you.
I really liked this serum. It has a light texture, absorbs quickly, and is not sticky. It also slightly brightens pigmentation.
I really liked the booster. I've bought it 4 times already - with a dropper and a pump, and the pump is more convenient. The serum itself is great. It moisturizes, reduces pigmentation. It's not sticky or smelly. It absorbs quickly. I highly recommend it.
The serum moisturizes nicely without any smell and does not leave any stickiness. I apply it in the morning along with my sunscreen.
I used it for 2 months. It is difficult to speak about visible results because I don't have any skin problems, so I don't see any drastic before and after effects. Maybe the serum is working. There were no negative reactions. But overall, the experience of using it is not great.
Firstly, it absorbs too quickly and you don't feel anything - it's like water has dried on the skin and nothing was applied. Maybe some people prefer this, but I would prefer if my skin felt softer, even if I don't see any effects.
Also, the consistency is a bit thick.
The dropper is cheap, it's difficult to control how much product is being dispensed.
I won't buy it again.
It is easily absorbed and does not leave any stickiness. It moisturizes very well and gradually reveals a brightening effect.
This product has been incredibly helpful in my fight against acne.
I usually avoid Ukrainian brands because most of them are just a senseless mixture of ingredients, and it's unclear where they are made. But due to the war, I have to buy what is available, not what I am used to.
I chose this serum because the composition is quite similar to what I used to buy before.
I really liked the product. The formula is like a watery gel-emulsion (more gel than emulsion). It absorbs instantly without leaving any greasiness or tightness. After half an hour, I feel a slight tingling sensation, which is not uncomfortable and then disappears.
My face does brighten up a bit. I didn't have any breakouts from using the serum. I didn't feel much moisturization, in fact, it seemed like my skin was slightly dehydrated.
The packaging is a bit cheap: the dropper is loose in the cap, and the label looks like it was printed on a home printer and stuck on by hand. Because of the consistency, it sticks to the dropper. It seems like a pump is missing here.
And now the most interesting part. The bottle does not indicate the manufacturing date or expiry date (this can also be seen in the photo on the website). This is already a violation of the law. Also, the company mentioned on the packaging, according to the open registry, is not involved in the production of cosmetic products. It would be very interesting to hear a comment from the brand representative regarding this matter.
What a moisturizing effect I experienced after using it!
I am ordering for the second time. I don't know how I managed without this serum before. It moisturizes, improves the tone of the skin, removes light redness (rosacea-related red spot), makes the skin glow, and doesn't clog pores. It is a very cool and worthy product. I apply it on top of a moisturizing toner and seal it with a moisturizing cream.
I purchased the serum on the manufacturer's website along with the peeling, and I can't say that the serum is amazing. It did even out my skin tone, but at the same time, it caused closed comedones to appear. I doubt I will buy it again.
The scent that everyone talks about is probably normal since the serum doesn't contain any fragrance. However, the pipette is really inconvenient. It is short, and when the product is almost finished, you have to do various manipulations to get the serum into the pipette. Additionally, it doesn't draw the liquid evenly, which is even more irritating. I also didn't like the packaging - the plastic film. I understand that it guarantees that the bottle hasn't been opened, but there are better and more environmentally friendly packaging options.
Overall, the product barely deserves 3 stars, but I am giving this rating because I really liked the peeling. I will write a separate review for the peeling under the appropriate product.
The serum is amazing. Thanks to the manufacturer for such a fantastic product.
I didn't like the serum; it only caused harm. I tried to give it a chance, but after using it, my pores got clogged and closed comedones appeared. As soon as I stopped using it, everything improved. I didn't expect this from a decent serum with niacinamide from this manufacturer. My skin is combination and not prone to inflammation. In terms of consistency, it is a bit thick and difficult to dispense.
I am very satisfied with this serum. I highly recommend it.
This is a decent serum, but the applicator is not very convenient. The consistency is a bit strange, quite thick, and the applicator doesn't pick it up very well. I took an applicator from another product and it worked better. The consumption is quite high, lasting for a maximum of a month if used almost every day.
Serum-booster, why am I so in love with you?
Originally, I took a sample and was amazed, immediately rushed to order the full size. The serum is amazing! Yes, there is a slight tingling sensation, as mentioned in the instructions, but it is light and even pleasant. And as for the smell, you barely notice it after some time (although I am very picky about smells, and many products have ended up in the trash because my nose didn't like them). But for this transformation, I am ready to forgive everything, even the not-so-great pipette. My skin simply glows. For this, I am willing to endure the minor downsides, which in no way diminish my overall enthusiasm. Solid five stars, and I have already told my friends about this beauty! ♥
I unexpectedly really liked this product: it absorbs quickly, doesn't leave a sticky feeling, and sits nicely under moisturizing cream. I use it at night, and in the morning my skin feels pleasant to touch, soft and moisturized. The scent reminds me of the ointment I used to apply on my hands for eczema, which also had vitamin E. I'm deducting a star for the inconvenient dropper, which is the most inconvenient one I've encountered in ampoules and serums.
