The cream is decent. Of course, it shouldn't be considered as a medicinal one, but for prevention or alleviation of minor venous problems - it's quite good! It moisturizes the skin well, applies easily, and is not sticky. However, personally, I don't like the smell - it's too minty and menthol-like, which corresponds to its components.

Horse chestnut in all forms is perfect for the legs. So, I definitely recommend it!

After using this cream, things got even worse. My mom had a slight cracking on the bottom of her heel, but after she started applying the cream, her heels became stiff and flaky all around. The fabric slippers even had scratches as if a cat had sharpened its claws on them!! (we don't have a cat) It became much worse than before. The regular nourishing cream from Oriflame helped more than this. Grandma didn't notice any results at all... In general, the whole family is disappointed.
