Nail Cream Balm Healer Cosmetics

The product is simply excellent! And this is not the first time I have ordered it. This time, I ordered it for a friend - I wanted to give her a small present. In the box, there was a jar of balm and a separate envelope from her. There were also 3 pieces of solid soap in the order - two of them had damaged packaging (unsealed). However, the order was packaged very well, meaning the products were already in that condition when they arrived in the box. My complaint is not about the packer who packaged my order (they did a great job), but about the storage conditions of the products in the warehouse, it seems. I understand that these are all budget products, but they should not be delivered to the customer in this condition! Luckily, I have double-sided tape and was able to carefully seal the envelope with the balm (the jar itself was unopened), otherwise not everyone would understand... The courier delivery, as always, was excellent!!! Thank you so much! :)

I didn't quite understand this cream. I applied it on my nails and cuticles for two days, but instead of moisturizing, my cuticles became dry and I got hangnails. It's really strange. Now I'll have to treat them with another product.

I thought it was liquid oil, but it turned out to be something else.
