Remove the pad wrapper, unfold the wings and peel off the plastic strips that cover the back and the wings. Then stick the adhesive part to panties.
There are no unpleasant sensations, it does not cause any irritation at all.
This is simply a nightmare. I will never buy them again.
These pads are comfortable to wear, they don't cause sweating, and they absorb much less than the nighttime pads of this brand with a mesh. They are great for daytime use, but they are not enough for nighttime.
First night/day pads, soft and very absorbent. Highly recommended! Instead of underwear from this brand.
