1. Facial Mask: In a small non-metallic container, mix the clay with warm water until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream. Apply an even layer to a cleansed face. After 10-15 minutes, rinse off with warm water and apply a moisturizer if necessary.

2. Scalp and Hair Care: Prepare the facial mask as described in step 1. Massage it onto your scalp and cover your head with a warming cap for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

3. Body Care (Clay Baths): Clay baths help combat cellulite and body acne, relieve itching, rejuvenate and tighten the skin. A course consists of 10-12 baths. To prepare the bath, dissolve 100-150 g of clay in water until the water becomes cloudy. Soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes. After the bath, rinse your body with warm water followed by cool water.

4. Body Care (Wraps): Wraps improve metabolism, accelerate cell renewal, detoxify, and nourish the skin with beneficial substances. Prepare the facial mask as described in step 1. Apply it to the problem area of your body, wrap it with plastic wrap to create a sauna effect, and rest under a blanket for 1 hour. Then, rinse off the clay with warm water.
