Just before coloring, mix 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant in a small dish until it becomes creamy. Apply the dye to your eyelashes using the special applicator stick until they are fully covered. Then, apply the same dye or a lighter shade to your eyebrows, following the direction of hair growth.
Leave the dye on for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity of the color.
After the designated time, gently remove any excess dye with a dry cotton pad. Then, using water and cotton, remove any remaining dye.
