The assertion that all genius things are simple didn't arise by coincidence. The masters at Deborah brand adhered to this principle when they created the Extra Eye Pencil. On the outside, it appears entirely ordinary, unremarkable, and nondescript in design, but once a woman begins using it, she'll immediately notice its significant advantages over similar cosmetic products.
What sets this pencil apart from others is its water-resistant silicone base, which allows it to stay on your eyes throughout the day, enhancing your look with an even more mesmerizing and enchanting effect. The pencil's soft texture facilitates gentle and easy application. The presence of silicone particles ensures its durability throughout the day. This pencil can even be used during the hot summer months. You will notice how resiliently it withstands the effects of all environmental factors. The cosmetic pencil has been tested by ophthalmologists and has a hypoallergenic composition, making it suitable for women with highly sensitive eyes.
How to use: Draw a line along the lashes from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner or along the inner eyelid, and smudge to create a "smoky eyes" effect.
This is the best eyeliner pencil. The texture is wonderful and it applies smoothly. It is easy to create nice winged lines with it. It lasts all day without smudging or transferring onto the skin. The color 02 is a rich dark blue, almost black, and it looks great!
Great texture. Perfect for oily eyelids, just what I needed (doesn't smudge).
As an eyeliner for the upper eyelid, it's decent - the line stays put, it's easy to apply and blend. However, it's definitely not a waterproof pencil as advertised! This is the main disappointment because I bought it for the inner line on the lower eyelid. It's not suitable for that purpose - it doesn't draw smoothly and smudges immediately.
