First, thoroughly wet your hair with hot water. Hair has a protein structure similar to a "spikelet," and hot water opens up its cuticles. Apply a small amount of shampoo, about the size of a teaspoon, and massage it well into your hair. You can dilute the shampoo with a bit of water in your hand if desired. Rinse out the shampoo and apply conditioner or a rinse. Comb your hair with a wooden comb and let the conditioner sit for a few minutes. Rinse it out with hot water. After washing, rinse your hair with cool water to close the cuticles.

I am very disappointed. My hair feels like straw after using this product, it becomes frizzy, and there is no improvement in appearance. Furthermore, it seems to make my hair greasier even faster than before.
Overall, the shampoo is decent, but it doesn't have the effect as stated on the label.
It worked for me. My hair actually stays clean longer than usual. The only downside is the small size - only 225 ml.
