I am not an expert in hair lighting because I recently started doing it myself. However, this developer is significantly better than cheap lightening kits. It doesn't absorb into the hair instantly and allows for better distribution of the mixture. I combined it with silver powder from Ronnie. It evened out the patches from my previous unsuccessful experience, and the result was already better. I haven't completely removed the copper tones yet, but I'm not upset because I'm transitioning from dark chestnut to light, so it takes time. I hope to finish my lightening in the next iteration and fix it with a light dye.
If you're doing a DIY lightening of long hair that goes below the shoulders, it's better to get at least a 250ml bottle right away. It was just enough for one good use. Next time, I got a liter bottle, realizing that it's better to have these consumables in stock to adjust the necessary amount of product depending on the situation.
Great developer! It did its job perfectly, even with a different brand of dye!
This is a great developer that does its job well! It doesn't over-dry my hair.
