This shampoo is very strange. On the website, it is categorized as sulfate-free. They emphasize that it does not contain SLA/SLES, but instead, it contains a cheaper and more aggressive sulfate called ALS. They claim that it is free from parabens and mineral oil, but they have simply replaced them with equally toxic alternatives. So, what is the point of writing "SLES/SLS, DEA, Paraben, mineral oil FREE" on the packaging? Is it just marketing? So far, it has been causing itching on the scalp, and a mass-market shampoo would be just as good.
I got this for my husband and he is really happy with it. The product makes his hair soft and prevents it from becoming frizzy.
