I had ordered from a different website the first time, and when I realized that this product didn't suit me, I canceled my order.

As for the downsides, I would also like to add that the packaging of this skincare product is very inconvenient. The dispenser is not user-friendly at all, and a significant amount of product would just go to waste until I transferred it to a jar with a dropper. Then I make sure to seal it with a sunscreen cream on top, even if it's just a minimum SPF, it should be there.

I only noticed that the peel is more concentrated and can't be used as frequently as the serum.
