Sun Protective Face Cream, SPF50+ La Roche-Posay Anthelios Oil Correct

This is just terrible. I have been using this cosmetics and everything is great. But this cream is something else, it rolls off and feels rubbery.

I received a sample of this cream from a dermatologist. The only pleasant thing about it is the smell. Everything else is just terrible! It is greasy, sticky, and clumps up. I don't know how anyone can apply it to oily problem skin! I wouldn't even recommend it for hands.

Unfortunately, the cream did not work for me. Its texture is sticky and it rolls off my face, leaving a shiny and reddened skin. I bought it with high hopes because it is from La Roche, but it is difficult to find something that suits me.

The skin after using this cream shines as if I have greased it with oil. It needs to be carefully applied, as it tends to roll off easily. It provides protection against the sun, but it does not have a mattifying effect.

This is the worst sunscreen cream ever! It doesn't match the description and characteristics at all. They claim it's for oily skin, but on the face, it feels like an oily film that even rolls off. It doesn't mattify at all, instead, it makes the skin even oilier and super shiny! It's just a complete failure! I bought it not from the website but at a pharmacy.

This is a disaster, not a cream. Honestly, I've never tried anything worse. They gave me samples at the clinic and as soon as I applied it (after washing and toning), it immediately started to roll off and gave me a feeling of dirt on my face. It's as if they put flour in the cream.

I bought it here last year in the summer. My initial impressions were terrible (greasy face, shiny like it was smeared with oil) it was not suitable for summer because it was a heavy cream for the skin. I abandoned it and bought another one.

At the beginning of winter, I gave it a second chance. It just finished. I used it for almost 4 months. It was suitable for winter (only SPF 50 is not necessary for winter), I used it because I didn't want to waste 800 UAH.

To prevent it from becoming greasy, you should properly prepare your skin before applying the cream (I used a toner).

"Mattifying" is not what this cream is about. The face feels sticky and shiny all day after applying the cream. I can say firmly after almost 4 months of use.

Pros: pleasant scent, does not whiten the face, good protection, does not smudge (if applied correctly).

Cons: the face feels oily (does not mattify as claimed), the cream is a bit heavy for daily use.

Would I buy it again for this price? - No. The price is inflated. For this price, I expected a cream that would fulfill the functions stated by the manufacturer in the description. But it doesn't mattify as claimed, instead it makes it sticky and oily. It can't be used without tissues. So, no, not again.

I'm going back to another brand of cream that passed the test in the summer of 2022.

This is a really cool thing. I have oily and problematic skin. After trying all kinds of acne creams, this product fits perfectly and keeps my skin matte for a long time. It doesn't cause any irritation. It smells nice. After using it, my skin becomes matte and velvety.

I bought this product at the pharmacy. It's like smearing oil on your face. The sun protection works fine, but the greasy shine it leaves is awful!

I liked the cream: it has a pleasant scent and a gel-like consistency. It suited my problematic skin (I'm treating acne) and didn't cause any new breakouts. It absorbs quickly. The only thing is, it doesn't work well under foundation: it rolls off and leaves patches, so it's better to use it as a standalone product. If you can't do without foundation, it's better to try La Roche spray, it's also good.
