1. Clean your eyebrows using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove any surfactants and residual oils. Ensure that your skin and hair are dry before application.
2. Comb through your eyebrows with a rubber spoolie, styling them to your desired shape.
3. Apply Lash & Brow Perm to the entire eyebrow. Start at the beginning of the brow and follow the direction in which the hairs were combed.
4. Avoid the skin around the eyebrows as much as possible and use a dry cotton swab to clean up any unwanted edges. Leave Lash & Brow Perm on for 6 minutes.
5. Remove the Lash & Brow Perm using a dry cotton swab or cotton pad, following the direction in which the hairs were combed. Adjust any stray hairs if necessary.
6. Apply the neutralizer with a brush, repeating the steps starting from point 3. Leave the neutralizer on for 4 minutes.
7. Remove the neutralizer with a damp cotton pad. Then, use RefectoCil Saline Solution to thoroughly clean the eyebrow area and remove all residues.
8. Tint your eyebrows using your chosen shade of RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tint. The tinting time is just 3 minutes after the brow lift!
9. After removing the tint, use the rubber spoolie to restyle your eyebrows to the desired shape. If necessary, use eyebrow scissors to trim any overly long hairs.
