Take a little time for yourself by indulging in a hydroaromatherapy session with "Calm" bath tea. Each sachet is a handcrafted blend of entirely natural herbs, flowers, essential oils, and Epsom salt. The tea can be used for full baths or to prepare footbaths.
Calm is a soothing mixture of rose petals, lavender flowers, lemon balm, oat flakes, lavender essential oil, and Epsom salt, which is rich in magnesium:
- reduces nervousness and anxiety, lowers blood pressure;
- nourishes and softens the skin, making it smooth and elastic, soft and velvety;
- has antiseptic properties for skin prone to irritation and breakouts;

1. For a standard bathtub volume of 155 liters, pour half of the mixture into the filter bag.
2. Hang the filter bag on the faucet and let the water run through it as the bathtub fills with hot water.
3. Once the bathtub is full, remove the filter bag from the faucet. Securely tie the drawstrings and submerge the bag in the water for the duration of your bath.
