I absolutely adore this conditioner. My hair feels so soft and smooth, it just begs to be touched. I've tried more expensive ones, but I always come back to this one.
Immediately after water, there is alcohol in the composition! In the balm! Unfortunately, I didn't read this before buying. The product line is supposed to be natural, but it's definitely not beneficial for the hair. It feels like they coated it with a heavy, non-rinsable silicone serum instead of a balm. It's difficult to wash out and by evening, the hair looks dull. It does make the hair smooth, but at the cost of volume.
I have been using the shampoo and mask from this line, and I also purchased the conditioner. It does an excellent job in fulfilling its function. My hair feels pleasant to touch, and the scent is a separate love affair. The delivery was fast, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
