In the series, inspired by titanic strength, Giapeto (Iapetus) - a titan representing one of the four pillars of the cosmos that separate the Sky and the Earth, as described in the cosmogonies of the Middle East - the pillar of the West, made an appearance. Iapetus sustains the universe with his strength and has the ability to control the forces of the world. Considered one of the greatest warriors, Giapeto inspired Paolo to create spirits as powerful as the titan himself. There are no "lighter" scents in this fragrance. From start to finish, Giapeto comprises uncompromising notes, intense, powerful, and dominating chords. It opens with spicy notes of cumin, galbanum, saffron, and cardamom, which precede a woody-balsamic heart. Vanilla in the base gently warms the dry chords, all accentuated with oud, patchouli, and a golden drop from the Terenzi brand.
