Smooth application.
Terrible eyeliner, smudges easily.
I didn't buy it here. It draws well, but it may smudge a bit on the upper eyelid if you have big eyelashes or oily skin. However, it does not smear throughout the day. I had a similar product from L'Oreal before, and it was terrible. Not only did it smudge on the upper eyelid, but it also smudged on its own after just half a day.
Not dry, paints well, but not long-lasting, smudges. It's worth its price) for beginners - a course of "learning how to draw arrows" ))
This product is extremely greasy and leaves visible fingerprints. I do not recommend it.
I don't understand why many people claim that this eyeliner is completely dry. Overall, the eyeliner is actually good. The only problem is that it smudges easily if you get caught in the rain, so I would say that it's only suitable for use in warm and dry weather.
I have noticed that the eyeliner pen dried out within a week. I attempted to use the brush with ink from another eyeliner, but it did not work well.

I received a package with goods. They didn't pack the eyeliner. The cap was rolling around the whole box and it dried out. Thank you..... Was it difficult to secure it with tape?!

The eyeliner is great, thin, and not dry, just as I wanted! But there is one very significant downside! It absolutely doesn't dry! It smudges, rubs off, and smears. It's understandable that for this price, you shouldn't expect something extraordinary, but still, it's not pleasant... I definitely won't be ordering it again.

This eyeliner is excellent, especially considering its price. It creates precise lines, is easy to use, and stays on all day. If you gently run your finger over it, it won't smudge, but of course, if you rub it vigorously, it will come off. I'm ordering it for the second time, and I also ordered one for my mom because she really liked it.
