This product effectively reduces redness and feels pleasant on the skin. As for the tone, I cannot say whether it blends well with it or not.
I didn't notice any difference or improvement in the way the foundation sits on my skin with this product. I don't have any redness on my face, so I can't comment on that, but the green product becomes transparent upon application. However, silicone-based primers tend to be slippery, whereas this primer doesn't cause the foundation to slide.
This base is really cool, I tried the white one and now I'm waiting for the green one. It's awesome that I found it for sale. Makeup always helps me find what I need. The price of the base is just ridiculous compared to similar products.
