Apply a tiny amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush the teeth in circular motions, gently massaging gums. Rinse the mouth with water, swish for 20-30 seconds and then spit out. Use twice a day after meals.
I don't really like very minty toothpaste, and usually they are exactly like that, but I do like the taste and smell of this one. It also doesn't foam up too much, which is also a plus for me.
I am very skeptical of Swiss cosmetics, but I liked the grapefruit and bergamot flavored toothpaste. It is a gel, not as liquid as they claimed - it stays on the brush. It doesn't burn, it's slightly sweet, cleans perfectly, and when used with an ultrasonic brush, it doesn't produce a lot of foam (which is great). After cleaning, it leaves a pleasant feeling of "coolness."
I didn't understand this product.
The consistency is a liquid gel, not a paste.
It doesn't lather up very well.
The effect after cleaning is the same as with twice as cheap toothpastes.
The plus side is a noticeable whitening effect.
I guess I'll look for something else when it runs out.
This whitening toothpaste is really cool. It has a great taste and freshens the breath.
