1. Sanitize your hands with an antiseptic. 2. Push back the cuticles using a cuticle pusher or orange stick, or remove them using one of the following methods: European method with cuticle remover, classic method using manicure clippers or scissors, or a nail drill. 3. Shape the free edge of the nails with a 180/180 grit nail file designed for natural nails. 4. Dry and degrease the nail surface using F.O.X Nail Prep. 5. Apply a moderate amount of F.O.X Ultrabond non-acid adhesive to the entire nail surface, including the sides and tip. Allow it to dry for 30 seconds. 6. Apply a very thin layer of your chosen base coat (F.O.X Base Coat or Base Coat Super), ensuring you cover the sides and tip of the nail. Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes (using a 36W lamp). 7. Seal the tip and apply F.O.X Gel Polish in 2-3 layers, curing each layer under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. 8. Apply F.O.X Top Coat to seal, and cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. 9. Using a lint-free wipe soaked in F.O.X Gel Cleanser, wipe the nails to remove any remaining tacky residue. 10. Treat the area around the nails with F.O.X Cuticle Oil for nourishment.
