The first time I bought this shampoo was not here, but in a store. The shampoo is great and gives a nice toning effect. The intensity depends on how long you leave it on your hair (1-5 minutes). It really helps me maintain my blonde hair color for a long time after dyeing it because usually, due to the poor water quality with iron, blonde hair quickly turns yellow. I ordered it again here. Now I have also added a toning conditioner to this shampoo because if you use a regular conditioner, it will wash out the toning effect from this shampoo. So if you find it difficult to comb your hair without a conditioner, I recommend getting the set together.
I liked it. I'm not a fan of very cold shades, so I add a little bit of regular shampoo and leave it for about 30 seconds.
The shampoo removes yellowing - and that's its only good quality. However, it doesn't lather well and leaves the hair dry after use. This is unacceptable for bleached hair! Therefore, considering its high price, I do not recommend it.

However, today I received a clear DEFECT! When I opened the bottle, the film under the cap, which is usually well sealed, immediately came off. I didn't even have a chance to touch it. Moreover, when I washed my hair, this 4R shampoo did not foam as much as the one I received from Makeup. Never before!
Furthermore, the effect was simply zero! The shampoo was on my hair for about 10 minutes, and when I rinsed it off, there was no purple water as usual.

It does dry out the hair a bit, so a conditioner is a must, and I would also recommend using something additional as a shampoo, as it doesn't cleanse well. It's more like you wash with one shampoo and then tone with this one.
Overall, I recommend it! As for the blue hands, well, there is a little bit, but it all washes off while you're showering, so I don't see it as a problem. Though, we're all different, and for someone, it may be really unpleasant. All of this is just minor compared to the effect of cool blond, which is not always achievable even through coloring (in my case:)).

This shampoo is really cool! I have been using blonde toning products for about 10 years and have always been in search of a good one. I tried Adorn Collagen because I needed a sulfate-free option, and I'm glad I chose this one. It cleanses my hair nicely and gives it a beautiful and even tone. Most importantly, it doesn't dry out my hair like other toning shampoos usually do (they always made my hair a mess).
As for those who mentioned that it leaves a violet tint on their hands and nails, maybe they just didn't try washing their hands immediately with soap. I am completely satisfied with this shampoo and highly recommend it to all blondes!
Does it make your hair sink? Yes (but usually only pre-lightened blondes - I don't understand why people with natural hair color use it). If you leave it on for 10 minutes, you'll get silver blonde. But will I buy it again? No. It takes 1-2 days to wash off from hands and nails, and the violet tone gets absorbed into the pores. It's hard to call it a shampoo, as it doesn't wash the roots at all. It makes the scalp greasy after 6 hours and dries out the length. So, it depends on what you're looking for in a product.
