Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair using massage motions. Massage for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat the process as needed.
I really liked this shampoo, I bought it based on the recommendation of a trichologist. It cleanses the hair excellently, without drying it out and soothes the scalp. I have sensitive skin on my scalp, and when using other shampoos, I experienced itching and painful sensations upon touch, as if my skin was tight. This shampoo helped me get rid of the uncomfortable sensations, and I will definitely buy it again. I highly recommend it.
It didn't suit me at all either.
I didn't have dandruff, but then I bought a natural shampoo for sensitive scalp - and voila, it appeared. Besides that (it dries out the scalp), it mercilessly dries out the hair. Before applying conditioner, my hair just tangled up. The conditioner untangled them, but they are still dry, stiff, and lay horribly. Honestly, even though the shampoo is not the most expensive, it's a nightmare for the considerable amount of money paid. It also smells unpleasant.
