Blondor Plex Lightening Powder for lightening hair up to 7 shades. Dust-free with a fine, dispersible texture. The formula is suitable for use with Wella developers ranging from 1.9 – 12%.

Depending on the desired level of lightening and the consistency needed, mix BlondorPlex powder with Welloxon Perfect at 1.9% (3%), 4%, 6%, 9%, or 12% in a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2. When applying directly to the scalp, use a developer with a concentration no higher than 6%.
Application of the Mixture
Evenly apply the lightening mixture to unwashed hair. The processing time will depend on the condition of your hair and the desired level of lightening. Do not exceed a maximum processing time of 50 minutes.Thoroughly rinse the lightening mixture with water at room temperature. Apply Wella Plex No. 2 from roots to ends and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then wash with shampoo and apply the Blondor Seal and Care color stabilizer and shine enhancer.
