Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods you can try to find the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. Once inserted, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you detect dents or indentations, the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
I have tried many cups, but I have settled on this one. It is the best cup ever. It is a shame that they don't import different sizes. The uniqueness of this cup is that it doesn't need to be set up or worried about whether it will open. The material itself is flexible and it opens on its own, if not immediately, then literally after a few minutes of walking. Consequently, it never leaks. If your cup leaks after installation, it means you have chosen a size that is too small and there is no vacuum. It is absolutely not felt in the body at all. When you choose a cheaper material, it can be rigid or felt, but this one is perfect. We put the cup in and forgot about it until the evening. You can walk calmly in the sauna, shower, swim in the pool, or sea. I will never go back to pads and tampons.
