Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods you can try to see which one works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. Once inserted, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup; it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you detect dents or folds, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. If the cup is in place, gently pull on the stem. If you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
