TPE is a high-quality thermoplastic elastomer obtained through dynamic vulcanization. This elastic material is distinguished by its durability, wear resistance, and flawless replication of the desired shape. It is precisely because of these qualities that leading experts of the German brand MeLuna have used it to manufacture sanitary and hygiene products - menstrual cups. These feminine products excellently fulfill their main mission: they absorb various secretions, prevent leaks, and contamination on the skin or clothing. The Sport Shorty Menstrual Cup Ball features a practical ball tip, which aids in adjusting the cup's position, pain-free removal, and more comfortable sterilization. Moreover, these "accessories," unlike conventional pads and tampons, reduce the percentage of environmental pollution, as they can be reused over dozens of cycles.

Before using the cup for the first time, sterilize it by boiling in water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods—you can try each and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it has been correctly positioned. If you are unsure, feel the base of the cup; it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you notice any dents or creases, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, gently tug on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is set, and the cup is successfully in position!
