The Sport Menstrual Cup Stem is highly effective in absorbing various fluids, preventing leaks, and thereby avoiding staining of the body, clothes, and underwear. This functional product is characterized by its ease of repeated use and environmentally friendly nature – the high-quality material it is made from does not harm the environment, unlike its "classic counterparts".

Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Begin by thoroughly washing your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are various folding methods you can try to find the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to open up inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will pop open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it is properly in place. If you're unsure, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when correctly inserted. If you detect any dents or folds, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once it's in place, try pulling slightly on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully inserted!
