Open the package, remove the pads, and place them on your heels as shown in the illustration. Unfold the protective cloths and wrap them around your heels, ensuring that the part marked for the heel is correctly positioned. Use adhesive tape to secure the cloths. After application, wash your hands with warm water. After 60 minutes, remove the protective cloths and exfoliating pads. Then, wash your feet with warm water and dry them with a soft towel.
