I want to write about how the makeup brand treats its customers who have been ordering for several years! Recently, when I ordered from Eurosklad, I received products without expiration dates, only batch codes were provided. There were no indications of any expiration dates whatsoever! Upon inspection, it was found that the products were from 2020, but there was no clear expiration date. So, it was impossible to determine if the products were expired or not! Their customer service representative couldn't provide any information. After calling again and spending two days sending photos and getting frustrated, it was finally discovered that the products were indeed expired. The operator offered to refund the money, but under what conditions!!! They asked me to open a foreign currency account in euros, return the products, and wait for the money to be refunded! Keep in mind that I paid for this product in cash in Ukrainian hryvnia!!! It is absolutely unclear why the refund is done electronically and in a different currency that requires opening a new account!!! On top of that, it's unclear when the money will actually come after returning the products! So, not only is the product expired, but to get my money back, I have to open a foreign currency account! Their official website does not mention that they refund the money electronically in euros! They also claim to resolve this issue quickly, but it is the complete opposite! They do not provide any guarantees! Neither that the product will be of proper quality, nor that the expiration date will be within normal limits! Such treatment of customers is unacceptable!
