Good day! I would like to share my story of disappointment as a customer. My frustration knows no bounds. I ordered this shampoo on the website and was very excited about the purchase. However, it turned out that my joy was premature as they never delivered it to me. They canceled the order themselves and even made me feel guilty about it. I tried calling their hotline, but they answered me rudely and in a very categorical tone, to the point where I still can't believe it. Every company should be interested in their customers, but apparently, this does not apply to Make Up company, where not only do they not respect their customers, but they also disdain them. It's really unfortunate.

The foam is good, but the effect is terrible. I have thin hair. After washing, it starts to hang half a day later, as if it hasn't been washed for a week, and dandruff appears. No shampoo has ever caused this. The only positive is the scent.

I am absolutely thrilled with it, honestly! The only downside is that it doesn't last very long (it doesn't lather well, so I end up using more than other shampoos, especially since I have shoulder-length hair). I have naturally thin but thick hair that gets oily at the roots, and with this shampoo, it simply comes to life. It becomes very smooth and shiny, and it stays in place all day, although it feels a bit heavier. It stays fresh until the next day (although I wash my hair every day regardless). The scent is incredibly relaxing. I am extremely satisfied, 1000 stars!

I have been using the shampoos and conditioners from this brand for a long time. I first bought them accidentally in a store based on a consultant's recommendation. I mostly choose products for increasing volume. My hair is soft, bouncy, fluffy, thin, and prone to falling out. The shampoos suit me well as they give my hair volume and density.
