Love this makeup.
It provides perfect coverage and feels pleasant to the touch. It may slightly dull the skin, but not for the entire day. I ordered one, tried it, and ordered another. When used with it, makeup looks luxurious, especially if the skin is properly exfoliated and moisturized beforehand.
I have oily skin. For a year now, I have been searching for a truly matte foundation. I have tried both cheap and expensive ones, and I had hopes for this one as well. The shade 390 is suitable for darker skin tones, but the undertone is more neutral, I would say. It provides good coverage and the application is pleasant. After applying, the color adjusts to your skin tone, so it doesn't look exactly like it does in the photo, but rather how you want it to. However, when it comes to the important aspect of mattifying, it unfortunately falls short. After just half an hour of application, my skin starts to shine. Overall, it's not bad, it could be better. The color and coverage are good, but it lacks the desired matte finish.
Good foundation. Perfect for those who prefer a matte finish.
The texture is pleasant, it doesn't dry out or tighten the skin.
I chose a dark shade to mix with another lighter one that I already had. However, I decided to try it alone and I was impressed. It applies evenly, looks great, and leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. I can't say exactly how long it lasts, but it is quite long-lasting.
I didn't quite get the shade right (I got 220 natural beige, but it has a pink undertone). However, the cream itself is really great, it mattifies beautifully, doesn't clog pores, and most importantly, it lasts a long time without any greasy shine.
The cream is truly wonderful! I bought it blindly based on reviews. Shade 150 turned out to be a bit pale for me, more suitable for winter-spring. I plan to get shade 200. It conceals very well, leaving the skin looking moisturized and with a radiant glow from within. It adjusts perfectly to the skin tone, without any yellowish tint. The tube size, in my opinion, is small.
This is my first time trying this cream. The positives for me are: it is quite dense, it tones the skin well, and it is long-lasting (I wonder how it will hold up in the summer). The consistency is not watery (I used to use Affinitone Maybelline, and it somehow became too runny). As for the potential negatives, I find it better to apply it on moisturized, lightly creamed face, although this is all individual. I bought the shade 110, it has a barely noticeable pink undertone, which is normal for my pale skin. Overall, I recommend it, it did not disappoint.
The cream has some advantages - it truly mattifies the skin well, has a mousse-like texture, and excellent staying power! However, there are some downsides - even the lightest shade, 110, is a bit too dark for me (I initially bought shade 150, and it was very tanned) and it oxidizes! However, I think shade 110 will be a good match for summer, as it will provide good staying power and coverage for slightly tanned skin in hot weather! The price on sale is 189 UAH.
I really liked the foundation, I got the lightest shade 110. The finish is satin, it may oxidize slightly, but it's not a big issue. I wouldn't recommend going darker for fair-skinned individuals.
The cream is not bad. It has a light mousse-like consistency that spreads easily on the skin. It doesn't completely mattify but leaves a satin finish. However, I didn't choose the right shade. The Medium beige tone has a neutral undertone, but for my tanned skin with a yellowish undertone, it turned out to be too light and slightly pinkish. It wears well throughout the day and doesn't settle into pores. The coverage is medium. It is indeed long-lasting. I will try a different shade.
I chose shade 150 buff, but it turned out to be a bit too dark for me, and it oxidizes as well. Thankfully, there is an adjuster, so I can mix it with another shade. The texture is mousse-like and very pleasant. The finish is satin. Overall, it's a good foundation, but I should have gotten the lightest shade.
1- Shade 150 ColorStay Full Cover
2- Shade 150 ColorStay for Normal/Dry Skin
3- Shade 110 ColorStay Full Cover (has a pink undertone)
You can clearly see the consistency and difference in color.
Shade 150 of this full coverage product is darker and resembles more of the 180 or 220 shade from the familiar ColorStay range with a pump dispenser.
I had to order both shades to mix them together because even with ordering two tubes, it is much cheaper than buying one for combination and oily skin, which is more suitable for me.
The foundation is very thick and covers all imperfections. It applies evenly and does not slide off during the day. I apply it with a damp beauty blender.
I have been trusting Revlon for about 2-3 years now and I don't want to experiment with other brands.
