1. Wash your hair. 2. Towel-dry your hair to remove excess water. 3. Mix the filler with water in a 1:1 ratio. 4. Apply the contents of one ampoule evenly to your damp hair. For very long hair (below the shoulder blades), you may use two ampoules. 5. Twist your long hair into a loose bun on top of your head. 6. Leave the filler in your hair for 10-20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

I have tried fillers from this brand before and have always been very satisfied. However, I am disappointed with this particular pack. It doesn't have the same effect, the same scent, or the same consistency... It's a terrible filler...
