I have scars on both eyebrows. And only this pencil out of hundreds I've tried colors them in. The color perfectly suits me, and I can't wait for it to be available in Ukraine so I can order it. As for the fact that it smudges, you just need to give it time to dry. I wear it all day and it doesn't even smudge with a hat on.
The product does a very poor job of coloring the hair strands. It is not pleasant to use at all. I had previously used a non-waterproof pencil from Pierre Cardin, and it was the best one I had ever tried. However, this one was completely unsatisfactory.
