From the opening notes, you mentally transport to a loud oriental market, where spices look like real treasures. But as soon as you walk away, the noise and bustle subside. This is an ideal example of how perfumers create true olfactory harmony from different accords, captivating with a sensual sound.

Top notes open the composition with a sparkling burst of refreshingly tart bergamot, hot-sweet ginger, and spicy black pepper.
Heart notes unfold a sophisticated woody-balsamic duet of resinous galbanum and enveloping jasmine.
Base notes complete the fragrant extravaganza with a velvety trail of warm cedar nuances, smoky sandalwood motifs, and rich leather accents.
An excellent alternative to Tom Ford’s Noir Anthracite. Personally I find Verde as superior in structure and aroma to the Tom Ford. Noir Anthracite is very synthetic, Verde is not. There’s oud in Verde to recreate the stinky funk of ebony wood, or macassar wood. Ajmal did a fabulous job with this one. The recreation of what ebony wood smells of hit the nail on the head. Verde wears beautifully and surprisingly receives positive comments. One of my favorite scents from Ajmal. Thank you Make Up for a life time supply of my favorite cologne!
